Last seen in Brighton supporting LTN faves The Beths, it’s Cherym! Serving up a zingy, fearless new recipe for pop rock, Cherym are a three-piece band of muckers from Derry with some seriously infectious, songwriting credentials.
Taking influence from Charly Bliss, Bikini Kill, Sløtface, PUP and Pixies. Cherym are Hannah (she/her), Nyree (they/them) and Alannagh (she/they) formed after meeting in school over a joint love of garage rock, pop punk and a plan to kick back at the local music scene “boys club.”
In 2021 Cherym signed with Alcopop! Records, released their second EP ‘Hey Tori’ and completed a headline UK tour in the same month. They followed this with over 150,000 streams, 8 performances at SXSW this year, support tours for Nova Twins and The Beths around UK and Europe.
