Class Act Glasgow Showcase
The Traverse Theatre & Citizens Theatre are delighted to be presenting the Class Act Glasgow Showcase 2026!
The scripts have been created by young people from high schools in Glasgow - Bannerman High School, Govan High School, Holyrood Secondary School, & Notre Dame High School.
Each script will be brought to life by a team of professional theatre-makers including directors, actors and musicians.
Placing professional playwrights and theatre-makers into each school to transform students into writers and storytellers, Class Act provides creative support and a safe space for participants, encouraging them to express themselves freely and imagine without inhibition. The results address what they feel passionate about, and each script crackles with unparalleled energy.
