Drag 101 - Tenth Anniversary Halloween Spooktacular

Drag 101 back! It's been way too long and it's our 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!!

Can you believe it? Our wee show is now 10! 10 whole years of Drag 101 fun and we're ready to celebrate with you all! Are you as excited as we are?
That's right Drag 101 returns to The Gilchrist Postgraduate Club, Glasgow University on Tuesday 6th October 2026. Starting at 7pm and full of draggy goodness with our fabulous house queens, the ever so conceptual drag chameleon Dharma Geddon, the sickeningly sweet golden girl Alana Duvey, plus a selection of their drag chums.

Featuring more drag shenanigans than you can shake a wig at, for example but not limited to, lip sync performances (a drag staple), live singing, comedy, drama, burlesque, cabaret, games and sometimes the downright unexpected and weird, and not forgetting plenty of banter with all of Dharma and Alana's unique brand of chaotic nonsense. All while continuing to break gender norms, experiment with gender and self expression through performance.

What better way to kick off PG Welcome than by coming to Drag 101?! As always, Drag 101 is open to all, no matter your age, race, background, gender, sexuality, identity, pronouns, neurotype, abilities, body type, shape, size, hair colour, eye colour etc. you get the idea! You don't even need to be a student or a postgraduate at the university to come and enjoy the show.
We operate a welcoming, accessible, safe and relaxed space for all. The overall vibe of the show is nice and chilled, seated café vibes with friends. PLUS you can purchase soft, alcoholic and hot drinks at the bar and even a cheeky snack or two.

So whether you're a 'Rupaul's Drag Race', 'Boulet Brothers' Dragula', 'Queen of the Universe' or even a 'Camp Wannakiki' super fan, a local drag connoisseur or even if you've never heard of or seen a drag performer in your life, you will be welcomed with open arms and shown all the love here at Drag 101. Our only aim is that you'll leave having been thoroughly entertained.

What more could you want? Free entry? Well, we got that too! This is a completely free show to watch. Just turn up, no tickets required.
Advised to arrive early to guarantee a good seat! Please bear in mind that our shows can get pretty busy. Particularly the Welcome shows.

Although the show is free, a voluntary tip is always appreciated but this is not mandatory. Should you wish to tip, you can do so by sending your tip online before, during or after the show via PayPal at paypal.me/thedharmageddon. You can tip at the show, in person by putting cash in the tip bucket or by card. Just see Dharma for card/contactless or Alana for cash at the end of the show.

Please only tip if you want to and have the funds to do so. We understand times are tough and not everyone can afford to. We will never force money from you. All we ask is you enjoy yourselves. However, if you do tip we can assure you that all tips will be split equally among all performers and stage hand.
