Empire Cafe: Watershed
Join us at the Briggait to enjoy free events, children’s storytelling, public conversations with a variety of voices, poetry, exhibitions, free poetry anthology and more.
Watershed is a series of events, discussions, film screenings and exhibitions hosted by the team from the award-winning podcast Who owns the Clyde. The event programme is themed around Glasgow’s River Clyde, other Commonwealth Rivers and River Rights. With one eye on the past and a focus on the future, including questions about how we would like to see our river nurtured and stewarded.
Watershed celebrates the diversity of the Commonwealth, sharing a wide range of ideas, activities, poems and activism around a common theme of rivers and nature rights.
