Glasgow Cocktail Week 2026 Closing Party
Hey Palu x SíSí: GCW Closing Party
On Sunday, we’ll be seeing out Glasgow Cocktail Week in style as Hey Palu, one of the UK’s Top 50 Bars, joins forces with Sisi for one final rooftop party.
For the occasion, Hey Palu has teamed up with SíSí’s head bartender to create a special closing-night menu featuring Patrón tequila serves, spritzes, and playful twists on cocktail classics.
Both bars will be serving four cocktails each from 7pm until close, with DJs soundtracking the evening as we bring the ninth Glasgow Cocktail Week to a fitting finish.
