Planning a future for St Vincent Street Church
Alexander ‘Greek’ Thomson’s world-renowned St Vincent Street Church is currently closed while necessary repairs take place, but the long-term future for the building still needs to be resolved.
The Alexander Thomson Society and partners are developing a Business Plan for its future as a mixed spiritual and secular space, based on the success of similar models in Glasgow and elsewhere. Do you agree? Come and have your say!
The public consultation and display on the Society’s Draft Plan runs from 17 to 26 March in Edward House, 199 Sauchiehall Street, with a talk and open forum discussion on Saturday 21 March at 2.30pm.
Come and see what is being suggested and make your voice heard before the Business Plan is finalised and shared with the City Council.
Address: Edward House, 199 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G23EX
Opening times:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 12.00pm - 5.00pm
Saturday 21 March 12.00pm - 5.00pm
