RSNO 2026/27: Douglas Academy Showcase

Tickets on general sale: 10am, Wednesday 6th May 2026

The RSNO is proud to showcase the musicians of the Music School of Douglas Academy on stage in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Join us at 6pm for a performance from the next generation of musical talent, ahead of the RSNO’s evening performance of Shostakovich Five.

Entry to the pre-concert showcase is free to RSNO ticket-holders attending the evening performance of Shostakovich Five. Customers wishing only to attend the Music School of Douglas Academy Showcase should book tickets here. Tickets are free, but please note, booking fees will apply.

Subscriptions - Restoration Fund Information

For customers buying a seasonal subscription, classical concerts in the 2026:27 Season will carry a restoration fund of 75 pence per ticket.

For any additional concerts during 2026:27, whether bought in a separate transaction or along with a season subscription, the standard £1.50 restoration fund per ticket will apply.
