Soundbath: A Ritual of Renewal
A 90-minute soundbath in the sanctuary of a spacious church dating from 1874. The building has been sensitively restored, and its natural resonance gives plenty of space for gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells to unfold. You lie down, listen and have some time to stop and rest. No experience or skill is needed.
Bring a mat and a blanket if you have them — a few spares are available. Chairs are available if you would rather not be on the floor.
The sanctuary is wheelchair accessible via a ramp and alternative entrance. Please contact the organiser in advance if you require step-free access.
