After scratching a seven-year itch with a breathtaking show at St. Lukes in February 2026, it was clear there had to be a 2027 follow-up. So, almost a year to the day, The Disco Love Orchestra will cram back onto the St. Lukes stage with what is poised to be an even more unforgettable performance.
The brainchild of Glasgow disco obsessive and worldwide ambassador for the genre, Al Kentthe idea hatched in his spare room has grown dramatically to feature a full band backed by a 19-piece orchestra, with the vocal talents of the wonderful Unoma Okudo as the icing on the cake.
With a set consisting of masterfully orchestrated and flawlessly performed vintage disco, a DJ set from national treasure Bob Jeffries, and an after-party till 1 a.m. with Al Kent himself providing the music, all we can say is... If you like DISCO, youll LOVE this!
