1. Eleven Fifty Five

Eleven Fifty Five has opened in Finnieston from acclaimed chef Peter McKenna and maître d’ Kevin Dow. 2. Studio Modou

3. Krämers

4. Kochchi

5. Sticks ‘n’ Sushi

Popular Danish-Japanese restaurant brand Sticks ‘n’ Sushi has opened its first Scottish venue in Glasgow’s city centre. On the menu, you'll find fresh, moreish sushi and grilled yakitori sticks, with the brand’s first standalone bar downstairs serving delicious cocktails. 6. PG Fast Food

PG Fast Food has opened its first UK location in the west end, created by rapper Professor Green. The Byres Road spot puts a playful spin on fast food, with signature “UFO” filled sandwiches, loaded rice and salad boxes, sweet ice grapes and customisable dirty sodas. 7. Maple Leaf Bakery

Maple Leaf Bakery has opened its first café in Govan, bringing their much-loved pastries and coffee to a permanent space beside the Govan–Partick Bridge. Founded by baker Rebecca Slade, the bakery built a loyal following across Glasgow and is best known for its award-winning croissants, crowned Scotland’s Best in 2024. 8. Festa

9. Medina's Coffee
