Farmers Markets
Love food? Here you'll find the best of Scottish produce, from seasonal fruit and veg to quality meat and local cheeses. There are also a variety of street food stalls if you get peckish.
The markets take place in Partick in the west end, and Shawlands in the southside on alternating Saturdays. For exact dates check out the Farmers Market.
Park Lane Market
Park Lane Market takes place on the first, second and last Sunday of the month. You can find it in a quirky little lane in the southside. Local traders sell their wares, from second-hand clothing to homemade bread. You'll find food and live music at a performance space throughout the day. The Forge Market
Scotland's largest purpose-built indoor market is on Duke Street in the east end. The market takes place from Thursday to Sunday, with free parking. Over 80 traders offer an impressive range of goods, services and produce. For more info go to The Forge Market.
Merchant Square Market
This stylish courtyard is the ideal place to browse craft and design stalls. Jewellery, candles and cards are all on offer. You'll also find a selection of artwork and photography. All products are handmade in Glasgow. For more details visit Merchant Square.

The Rail Yard
