A cycling tour is a great eco-friendly way to tour around the compact city of Glasgow. Visit Glasgow Bike Tours or Gallus Tours to see the range of tours. Discover everything from charming neighbourhoods, to craft beer breweries, and historic sites. All routes are designed to take in good cycling surfaces and there are also e-bikes available, making the tours suitable for a range of fitness levels.

Take in the artistic side of the city with a tour of public artworks. The Glasgow Art Trail was created as a legacy of the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships. Looking for something a bit more adventurous?

Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome - this venue may have had the best indoor cyclists in the world cycle the track, but it is open for all to enjoy. Visit Glasgow Life to book an introductory session.

Cathkin Braes Mountain Bike Trails - over 9km of mountain bike trails with great city views.

Glasgow BMX Centre - home to Scotland’s only Olympic standard BMX track, for a induction session (which includes safety equipment and a BMX bike), visit Glasgow Life.
