Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans supports friendly
beginner Braille classes for visually impaired people of all ages. Held
fortnightly at the Mitchell Library, the sessions take place in a small
Person-centred group and are led by a volunteer teacher with lived experience
Of sight loss.
Whether you’re completely new to Braille or would simply
Like the opportunity to learn in a supportive environment, you'll receive
Encouragement to develop your skills at a pace that suits you.
The classes offer a warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere.
