Accessibility and contact

Accessibility
The sites at George Square, St Enoch Square and Glasgow Green are wheelchair accessible. There is an accessible capsule in the Observation Wheel, and both Santa’s Grotto and the ice rink are accessible for wheelchair users. For more info about accessibility generally in Glasgow, find a quick guide on Visit Glasgow.
The first light display at 4pm every day will be sensory-friendly - with a lower contrast between the lighting installations and outdoor lighting levels. There will be three sensory-friendly ice-skating sessions. There will also be sensory-friendly Santa’s Grotto visits between 4:00pm - 7:30pm on Thursday 17 December. More information available about these at Winter Wonderland.
Toilets are available and clearly signposted at all Christmas hubs (George Square, St Enoch Square, Glasgow Green). If you’re just coming for the lights you will find (alongside the facilities at the hubs) public toilets at Buchanan Galleries, St Enoch Centre, Queen Street Station and Central Station.
