Exhibition : Sandy Moffat - Àrd an Dòchas (Compass of Hope)
See the painting Àrd an Dòchas (Compass of Hope) by acclaimed Scottish Realist Sandy Moffat, which will be on public display for the first time, at Glasgow's City Chambers.
Àrd an Dòchas was originally commissioned by Glasgow Life in partnership with the Hunterian Museum and the University of Glasgow in 2019, when the Royal National Mòd was last held in Glasgow. The work is now being publicly exhibited to mark the return of Scotland's premier festival for Gaels.
Visitors to the City Chambers will be able to see this painting from 1 September until 21 October.
